What Kind of Masks Do You Need?
In our lineup, you’ll discover quality-tested N95 and KN95 masks and N95 NIOSH-approved face mask options. Which one should you choose? N95 masks feature respirators with that are designed to filter out at least 95 percent of airborne particles, making them ideal for medical environments, beauty salons, food processing, industrial plants and more. In our store, you’ll find N95 masks approved by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to keep your business compliant or for personal peace of mind.
The CDC also authorizes the use of N95 general use masks and KN95 masks to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Similar to a NIOSH-approved N95, the N95 and KN95 protective face masks have a built-in filtering respirator. The main difference is that general use N95 and KN95 masks are not NIOSH-approved with the KN95 certified according to the Chinese standard while the N95 is certified according to United States standards. However, they still have the ability to filter out 95 percent of airborne particles and can do a superb job at minimizing the spread of germs.
