Packaging issue
Masks are fine, however many of the ear loops were compromised when the outer sleeve package was heat sealed, so when you open them, the loop is trapped and tears from the mask. Our first case in the spring was fine.

We Really like these masks. They are individually wrapped and it seems they have made the switch to the metal nose strip which makes the masks more moldable then the plastic nose strip.

We are glad to hear you like the individually wrapped 3-ply face masks. These masks do have a plastic nose strip while it is the NIOSH-approved N95s that have a metal nose strip.
